Why Chose CPI Foam?

After extensive research across the world we found Huntsman USA that were at the cutting edge of energy saving spray foam products. Together with their European manufacturing facility Pur Systems GMBH Germany they developed what is now the market leading E:Zero range of spray foam insulation.

Are a forward thinking supplier of spray foam insulation. We started looking for a solution to make homes more energy efficient, eliminate droughts, reduce air leaks, and save homeowners money on heating bills.
When we looked around there was the usual rolls of nasty itchy materials and reflective rolls.
There was nothing that would seal the envelope of the old and new buildings that were built to a really bad standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes our E:Zero E500 is fully NSAI Agrément Certified and has had extensive testing done to ensure that it complies fully to Irish Building Regulations and has been tested and approved for use in Irish conditions.

To comply with building regulations a 50mm air gap must be left between any insulation and felt, this is achieved by the installation of our unique ventilation card that is fitted between the rafters this allows the air from the soffit to be directed up and over the spray foam this ensures the timbers can breathe naturally.

CPI FOAM is a certified ventilation card is NOT CARDBOARD because when cardboard gets wet it will turn to mache and blocks eave ventilation.

E:Zero foam is spray applied on the job site. As it is sprayed if foams up between 50and 100 times in volume, providing a fully adhered, continuous, airtight insulation layer. Even the smallest cracks are perfectly sealed. Since it is sprayed, it fits all shapes and, corners and cavities perfectly.

The finished products contains no formaldehyde and does not release emissions to the atmosphere or destroy the ozone layer. Being completely inert E:Zero insulates for the lifetime of the building and saves approx 50% of the energy, 50% of the carbon emissions associated with the burning of the fossil fuels used to heat or cool homes. There are no VOC's,CFC's, HCFC's, or Urea Formaldehyde used in the manufacture of E:500 foam.

Normally on a retrofit job our trained contractors takes 1- 2 days depending on the complexity and access.

Yes that is no problem we can even have a site specific U value and condensation risk analysis done in our technical dept.
